Moosey Tip #3

Note to self: fresh spinach shrinks when cooked. A lot. My main dish turned into a side dish.

Also, I do not like rum. It made me waste my precious Coke because I couldn't stand the taste.

That is all.

I, too, hate to waste a coke. But with some hot buttered mix, a rum is not too bad. Once in a while.

You are so funny! I'm sorry your spinach shrunk. I don't know. I just don't like it cooked anyway. Unless, of course, it's in a spinach dip with all kinds of fattening additions!

yeap, spinach does shrink, but it's lovely cooked, especially with a bit of garlic and nutmeg. i had the same reaction first time i cooked it by myself: where the heck did all the spinach go?
